1st Dursley Scout Group will be helping people pack away their shopping on Saturday 11 June at Sainsburys, Dursley.
If you are a shopper we would be grateful for a chance to help you and any donation you make in return will help us to continue to bring fun to these young people.
If you are a parent of a young person in 1st Dursley Scout Group please bring them to Sainsburys at the time the Leaders have said or, alternatively, come along at 10:00 at the start.
The Annual General Meeting is an important event. We encourage all parents to come along and see what their Scout Group has been doing over the course of the last year and to hear what plans are being made for the year(s) to come.
The AGM is also a time to vote in the next year's Executive Committee. We are always looking for new blood and welcome anyone who would like to come and help out. If you would like to help in any way please come along.

Last year we won 1st prize for the carnival float. The theme was the circus and our lions, strong man and ringmaster were amongst the various costumes that the judges were taken with.
This year we want to win again. The theme is Natural World. Come along and support us.
1st Dursley Scout Group are joining with 1st Cam Scout Group at the Festival with lots of fun and games for young people to come along and join in with. We shall also have a big red bus for youngsters to have fun in.
Not only all that but we shall have our refreshments tent where you will be able to buy tea, cakes annd lots of other goodies.
What a day we are going to have!
