The scouts entered two teams in to the Stomp. This is a competition run by the Stroud and Tetbury District. It is an 8 mile hike with activity bases. The whole competition lasted about five hours. At each base the teams had to do a range of challenges. One challenge was totransport the team over a course using planks. Another was to fill tubes with water from a distance using guttering. The bases were around Selsley common and Woodchester.
The two teams 1st Dursley entered cam 2nd and 3rd. This was a fantastic result for everyone concerned. Well done everyone.
